MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE

 

Hello guys my name is Josephine Monica, you can call me Josephine. Ifrom class eleven MIPA 8. Today I want to share my morning skincare routine. We all know the importance of skincare. It helps your skin stay in good condition, make our skin will look more youthful, and make your self-confidence will get a boost. Morning skincare is all about protection and preservation. 


First I used a headband to hold the hair so as not to interfere while doing facial treatment such as washing my face.


Step 1: Cleanse

Cleansed skin twice a day is a good place to start your routine (both morning and evening). I use a cleanser in my morning skincare routine, it helps to properly deep clean without causing redness.

Work your water-based cleanser into a foam and allow it to sit as a mask on your skin for a couple minutes and rinse with cold water. A great cleanser, will rid your skin of dirt and impurities without leaving your skin feeling taut and dry.


Step 2: Toner

Try a toner to pre skin for moisturiser. Toner is very important to tighten your pores and prevents excess sebum production and prevents future breakouts. 

Put the cotton pads down. Anything you put between your fingers and your face has potential to irritate skin, so embrace the practice of pressing. Tap a few drops of toner around your face and press it in to even application.


Step 3: Moisturiser

The important step in any daily skincare routine is a moisturiser. it will help protect your skin from losing moisture (keeping it feeling supple and plump!).  Look out for ingredients such as Vitamin E, Glycerin, Pro-Vitamin B5, and Borage Seed Oil, which are all great moisturisers for your skin. take a large amount of moisturizer to the palm of the hand.

Warm up the moisturizer using both hands. Apply to your cheeks, forehead, and rest of your face, massage gently in a circular motion.


Step 4: Sunscreen

We can’t stress enough the importance of this step in your skin care routine. You need to protect your skin from the sun. Sunscreen not only protects your skin from harmful rays but also protects your skin from damage. Use sunscreen which has water resistance and good SPF property.

After applying moisturizer, take small amount of sunscreen in your finger tip.

Apply dots, all over the face, neck, hands and legs.

Massage it in circular motion.

Use sunscreen daily, and do not forget to apply before you go out in the sun everyday.
